A few important things, to enjoy the estate and respect those around us.
BBQ
The BBQ is available for guests. Please use it carefully, never leave it unattended while in use, and make sure it is completely turned off afterwards. Kindly leave it clean after use.
Pool
The pool is unsupervised. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Diving, running around the pool, and using glassware in the pool area are not allowed.
Trullo roof
Climbing on the trullo roof is not allowed: the dry-stone cones are delicate and dangerous to climb.
Non-potable water
The house is supplied by a private well: the water is NOT drinkable. Do not drink it or use it for cooking — use bottled water only.
No EV charging
Charging electric cars or vehicles at the property is forbidden: the system is not suitable and charging poses a serious risk of overload and fire.
External video surveillance
The property has video surveillance limited to external areas only, for the safety of guests and property. Footage is reserved to the security service. No cameras in indoor spaces.
No smoking indoors
Smoking inside the house is forbidden. Allowed only outdoors using the ashtrays provided. Never throw butts into the greenery.
Quiet hours
Out of respect for the peaceful countryside and nearby properties, please keep noise to a moderate level, especially in the evening and at night. Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
No parties
Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. The house is reserved exclusively for the guests included in the booking.
Toilets
Please do not flush paper, wipes, sanitary products, or any other materials down the toilet. The property has delicate drains: to avoid blockages or damage, please always use the bins provided.
Glass Cube doors
The Glass Cube doors must always be secured using the dedicated stoppers when left open. Please close them carefully and never let them slam due to the wind: these are very large and delicate doors that could suffer significant damage or create a safety risk.
Parasols and wind
In case of wind, or when not in use, parasols must always be closed for safety reasons and to prevent damage.
Air conditioning
The trullo naturally keeps a pleasant temperature thanks to its historic walls. Use the air conditioning carefully: in summer do not set it below 22°C, switch it off when doors or windows are open and whenever you leave the house, out of respect for the environment and the system.
Waste sorting
Waste sorting is required. Please separate: plastic/metals, paper/cardboard, glass, organic, general waste. Bags go in the bins behind the low wall next to the pool; for drop-off take them to Ostuni's Mobile Environmental Centre (CAM) — Via Beato Bartolo Longo, in the lot behind the Eurospin supermarket, open Monday to Saturday, 6:30–12:30. Never leave loose bags outside the house.
